MEIER Enterprises, Inc. completed the architectural and engineering design for the new single story regional business center housing the Tri-City Development Economic Council (TRIDEC), Tri-Cities Visitor & Convention Bureau (www.VisitTri-Cities.com), and the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce. The building will contain office suites for each organization, plus a large board room to be shared by each organization and the community at large. This facility is located near the Tri-City Convention Center.

MEIER Enterprises became an ESOP in 2007 by purchasing the majority of its shares from the sole proprietor Terry Meier who started the business in 1982. With the ESOP in place MEIER Enterprises now has a formal board of directors the includes Board CEO Terry Meier, President Steve Anderson, Secretary Paul Giever, and Wes Bratton and Mark Gehlen.
