Leslie-Gage Health Center
MEIER provided all A/E services for a new 30,000 SF medical office building. Completed October 2002 as a design-build project in conjunction with Chervenell Construction. The two-level, steel-framed structure has a circular two-story atrium located at the main entrance. Interior tenant improvements, ranging in size from 2,000 to 4,800 SF, were designed per each tenant’s requirements. The development of the 2.75-acre site included 225 parking spaces.
